Ramadan and Dyspepsia/heartburn
How to avoid them?
Dear all, Assalmoalykum. Hope everyone is fine. the blessed month of Ramadan is only 10 days away. If you want to avoid indigestion, dyspepsia and heart-burn during Ramadan, I would request you to please act on two things; Eat tasty and eat less, thats it. The reason most of the people develop gastric upset and heart-burn during Ramadan is “overeating”. Please take diet in small portions rather than filling the stomach in one go.there is no need to refrain from chillies, spices, salt and oi/gheel; that produce good smell and taste in the diet.Target the quantity rather than the quality of your diet to avoid dyspepsia, not only in Ramadan but in all seasons. Please act on a Hadees Shareef regarding dividing your stomach in three parts while eating; one portion for the food, one for the water and third portion for the air. If, only we act on this Hadees mubarak, we can live healthy life. Have a blessed Ramadan. Ramadan Mubarak.
